Matt Watson has now launched his own Mojo, Swordfish Mojo Beer, even has Northland seawater in it. In collaboration with Jesse’s, Head Chef/Owner Jesse has infused the beer into a cheese sauce which will be used on the smash burger, or why not try the Swordfish in a Swordfish Mojo Beer batter.
