Get Your Swordfish Mojo on at Jesse’s

Matt Watson has now launched his own Mojo, Swordfish Mojo Beer, even has Northland seawater in it. It’s definitely one to taste.

For Savour Northland in collaboration with Jesse’s, Head Chef/Owner Jesse has infused the beer into a cheese sauce which will be used on the smash burger or why not try the Swordfish in a Swordfish Mojo Beer batter.  Each of these irrestiable dishes will be paired with a refreshing Swordfish Mojo Beer.  If we’re lucky Matt will pop in for a quick one.
