Shellebration – Meet the Oyster Farmer, Brewer and Winemaker

Orongo Bay Oysters are wildly acclaimed by Chefs around the country and they are in superb condition in Spring. Come meet “Thommo” our chef who has spent his life perfecting these aquatic gems. We welcome you to pair your Oysters with a crisp glass of wine from 144 Islands or a Kororareka Cream beer from our local brewer BOI Brewing Co.
What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than to relax and unwind on the deck of our Restaurant overlooking the water in our beautiful historic town of Russell.
