Showcasing our local ingredients: Northland Beef Cheek (from OMAK butchers in Kamo), Braised in Phat house Midnight Coffee Stout made using Tohora coffee (Kororàreka) by Phat house brewery (Haruru), Aunty Marilyns’ Rewena bread (Russell Bakery). Three cheese mix. Tasty, Mozzarella, parmesan cheese, garlic, red onions, herbs. Horse radish Mayo and house pickled onions
