For the Love of Food and Wine: Terra X 144 Islands

October 9 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us at Terra Restaurant as we bring together two small local family owned businesses to share their love of food and wine.  We present a multicourse tasting menu, paired perfectly with beverages produced by 144 Islands. Dine in our idyllic setting overlooking the Ocean, and let your tastebuds do the talking.

This multi course menu is one of those legendary food experiences that you and your friends will be talking about for a long time! Renowned for flavour, artistic presentation, impeccable service and food knowledge, Chef Marcus Berndt and his team at Terra deserve all the awards and 5-star reviews. A bonus is dining with the one of the best views in the Bay of Islands.

144 Islands Wines take their name from their home in the Bay of Islands, and are dedicated to producing small volumes of singularly fine wines using grapes grown on their Home Block just outside of Kerikeri, as well as aperitifs made using native New Zealand ingredients sourced from their garden and the nearby Puketi Forest

It doesn’t stop there, our menu will be a showcase of Northland cuisine with an emphasis on the smaller growers, family farms and markets. Leading up to the event we will be going to visit these growers as we craft the ingredients for our menu.  Watch out on social media where we will be sharing some pictures and stories about them all.
