Surf ‘n’ Turf Mangawhai Village

An inspired local collaboration featuring two of the most popular food truck experiences that Mangawhai region has to offer.
The Surf (Little Red Fish) and The Turf (The Barbecue Hut) join together every Wednesday evening during Savour Northland and beyond to provide chef inspired seafood meals and succulent “kiwi style” American barbecue options to locals and travellers alike.
From the farm to the plate! Little Red Fish and The Barbecue Hut where possible select Northland sourced ingredients such as Haku Kingfish (sustainably farmed in Ruakaka, Northland) and Silver Fern Farms beef (raised on Northland farms to strict best practices and then processed at their Dargaville plant).
