Get Your Swordfish Mojo on at Jesse’s

Matt Watson has now launched his own Mojo, Swordfish Mojo Beer, even has Northland seawater in it. In collaboration with Jesse’s, Head Chef/Owner Jesse has infused the beer into a cheese sauce which will be used on the smash burger, or why not try the Swordfish in a Swordfish Mojo Beer batter.  Each of these irrestiable dishes will be paired with a refreshing Swordfish Mojo Beer.

Savour Northland will celebrate our abundance this October, with locally inspired dishes, one-off events, incredible collaborations and workshops.
