Join Paroa Bay, Sage Restaurant and The Landing for an incredible collaboration this October! As part of a weekend celebration of Northland food and wine, the Friday evening features a 7-course menu prepared by Sage and The Landing chefs, paired with signature wines from the two vineyards and the opportunity to meet the key personalities from each venue.
Māha Sensorium is a unique collaboration with Northland food, beverage, clothing and homeware creatives! This multi-sensory experience lets you discover a range of local products and meet their makers. Bespoke 144 Islands and Black Collar Distillery cocktails, delicious Māha cocktail food and drinks served in handblown glass vessels from collecte store whilst you explore!
In collaboration with award winning vigneron Jake Dromgool, owner of Northlands 144 Islands Vineyard, Schnappa Rock chef Dean Thompson will create a 5-course menu to match Jake’s excellent wine. This will be a standout event showcasing the best Northland produce paired with unique local wines.

Come and sample locally grown Kumara at our Market Day - Prepared in many ways, to suit all tastes.
