Kai Mata will be hosting a different winery every Sunday in October for Devour Northland, a food and wine event with the best of Northland wine and kai perfectly matched with the help of our local winemakers and our Chef and Owner, Christian Mata
Devour Northland is an ode to Northland’s magnificent producers and growers, each of the unique wineries involved will have their best and most unique wines showcased in the form of tastings, long lunches and winemaker’s dinners.
Being new to Northland we (owners at Kai Mata Restaurant) have felt blessed with the array of high-quality produce around every corner from agriculture to boutique producers and a community of supportive individuals, Savour Northland is a perfect event to promote this beautiful region we now call home!
