The Gables Restaurants hosts a very special Tasting Menu evening as part of Savour Northland. We wanted to take this opportunity to showcase some of our amazing Northland food suppliers. Often they will fly under the table, with their great work and dedication hidden from the public eye.
The evening will be exclusively catered to highlight a selection of these unsung heroes, with each course of the tasting menu built around a single supplier and their produce while working within our modern Italian concept at The Gables.
To go alongside this delectable food offering, we will also have a catered matching wine pairing featuring some of our favourite Northland wine producers chosen by our Sommelier.
The Gables Restaurant is located right on the Russell / Kororareka waterfront where you can enjoy stunning views and spectacular sunsets
