Spring Degustation Dining – Jesse’s X Dancing Petrel

Join us for an unforgettable evening with our exclusive Spring Degustation menu, featuring six meticulously designed courses. Each dish showcases locally sourced produce, complemented by the rich flavors of Hihi Estate Olive Oil and Black Garlic in every course. For those looking to enhance their experience, expertly matched wines from Dancing Petrel will be available at an additional cost.

Led by Head Chef Jesse and Restaurant Manager Tyler, this intimate event promises to be a dining experience that is not to be missed. With the restaurant exclusively closed for the evening and limited to just 30 guests, you’ll have ample time—over three luxurious hours—to savour every bite.

Ticket includes the full six-course menu, palate cleansers, and a champagne cocktail to welcome you upon arrival.

Special discounts on Hihi Estate Olive Oil and Black Garlic will be available.
