If you are, you need to book yourself in with us ASAP. Mangonui Wine & Whiskey Bar is a beautiful Seaside Bar situated in the Mangonui Village and we are excited to introduce our “Shuck’n’Bubbles” experience as part of the Savour Northland Events in October 2024.
We will have local expert shuckers from Moana Fisheries joining us to demonstrate how to shuck oysters and offer hands on information on harvesting and sustainability of our precious Pacific oysters within Far North oyster farms. We will shuck the freshest, velvety smooth oysters, straight from our local moana. We’ll serve them various ways and pair them with delicious bubbles, from our carefully procured sparkling wine list.
