PhatHouse Brewery Tour and Brewers Lunch

The PhatHouse Brewery Bar & Kitchen is totally stoked to be a part of The Savour Northland Celebrations once again this year and to celebrate we have come up with a tantalising package that ticks all the boxes.
The afternoon will start with a fun and informative guided tour of the brewery by our very knowledgable Tour Guide, Andy Greager, who will explain the history of PhatHouse Brewing, the ingredients used in creating a brew and the process involved in turning the raw ingredients into a fresh craft beer. This is your chance to taste the malts, smell the hops & sample beer directly out the fermentation tank.
Our Head Brewer, Connor Caswell, will have The Brew House cranking so you’ll be able to check out the procedure first hand and ask him any questions about the brewing process you may have.
The tour will then head to the adjacent PhatHouse Bar where a sumptuous Brewers Lunch Platter prepared by our Executive Chef Aaron Stott will be served along with drinks for pairing. The platter will include some of our signature dishes, think Pork Belly, crispy squid, smoked brisket, cauliflower bites….
There will be the option of pairing with either Beer or Wine depending on your preference.
A free courtesy bus is available from central Paihia or for a small fee from most locations in The Bay Of Islands. Please call in advance to check availability.
