This year our Northland inspired woodfired pizza combines our in house tomato sauce with grated mozzarella, pulled lamb from Omak meats, roasted kumara and buffalo ricotta from Mangawhai Road Corner Paddock.

To pair with this our friends at Kainui brewery have made us a uniquely Northland Saison brewed with local lemons and native horopito. A bright refreshing Farmhouse-Style Ale with a distinctly Northland twist. Zesty lemon peel lifts the aroma with vibrant citrus while native horopito adds a gentle peppery warmth that lingers on the palate. It’s zesty, dry and spicy which make it perfect for long afternoons under the sun.
