Bad Habits, Paihia

This October we are delighted to share a dish inspired by the place and people we love. The celebration of Northlands land and sea: A horopito crusted dry age tomahawk steak (from the incredible Omak butchery in Kamo) topped with a delicate pāua crème elevated by Kerikeri’s Mahoe blue cheese. The combination is supported by an earthy harakeke and manuka smoked kumara mash.

An Omata Estate shiraz completes the dish and resets the palate to enhance the flavour of your next bite.
