Join celebrated chefs and storytellers Kārena and Kasey Bird for an unforgettable evening at Rosewood Kauri Cliffs. Set against the dramatic backdrop of Northland’s Pacific coastline, this exclusive dining experience brings together the beauty of place, the rhythm of the seasons, and the Birds’ signature approach to food as story.

The evening begins with a guided garden foraging tour before sitting down to a five-course tasting menu created by Kārena and Kasey. Each course is inspired by the surrounding whenua and moana, paired with wines exclusively from Māori-owned wineries or thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic elixirs.
