Packhouse sourdough pastry made with 100% butter, hand laminated on site. Filled with house made lemon curd using Kerikeri lemons, and a light meringue made with Wakelin Station’s pasture raised eggs.

Local Chevre Deconstructed Cheesecake

Waipu’s Belle Chevre Creamy Goat’s Cheese with Lemon Curd and Lavender. A smooth and creamy goat's cheese from Waipu's Belle Chevre, paired with tangy lemon curd, delicate lavender notes, and a crispy malt crumb for texture. Drizzled with locally sourced honey for a touch of sweetness, this dish brings together vibrant Northland flavours in a harmonious blend.

Lemon Meringue Pie

Bocky Boo Gelato 71 Cameron Street, Whangarei

Consistently our most sort after dessert. A deep dish sweet pastry filled with lemon curd made exclusively from Northland Lemons, sourced from the Whangarei Growers market. Then topped with a lightly toasted meringue. Pair it with any of our in house made gelato or sorbets for a dessert people travel the country for.
