Beachcomber Presents The Producer Celebration Night

Stand by for a night of charming conversation and an amazing chance to get to know some of the people “behind the scenes” at Beachcomber Restaurant and Bar in the Far North.

The evening starts with a traditional Māori welcome in our local Wharenui. Our Chef has created a 4-Course Menu showcasing the produce of some of our core local producers who have been a part of the Beachcomber journey.

Each of our producers will be dining alongside our guests and we will be inviting our producers to share stories about their product, service or craft and what it means to them.

Local wine producer, Karikari Estate, will be there to talk about their wine philosophy. The Managing Director of Awanui’s Mana Kai Honey will be there to talk about their ‘tree to bee, hive to hand’ approach and how we need to protect our bees.
