Normally formed with Gin, Maraschino Cherry Liqueur and Lemon & Violet Liqueur. Our Bay of Islands Aviation showcases the local Black Collar Gin & Luxardo Maraschino with 144 Islands No.3 Vermouth that provide the complex floral notes and Lemons from Michaels own garden here in Russell.
A beautiful local twist on an underappreciated classic cocktail.
